Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 11, 2026

Last updated: May 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Strifusion LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with Clientdrip — our sales outreach, lead management, and email automation platform — including our website, web application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

For questions about this Policy, contact us at info@strifusion.com.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • Account holders and authorized users of Clientdrip (our "Customers").
  • Visitors to our marketing site or other web properties we operate.
  • End users and recipients of communications sent through the Services by our Customers (for example, individuals whose email addresses appear in a Customer's lead lists), where applicable law applies to our processing.

If you use Clientdrip on behalf of an organization, that organization is typically the controller of business contact data you submit. Our role (controller vs. processor) may depend on the context and your agreements with us.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Account and profile data: name, email address, password (stored securely), organization name, billing details (processed by our payment provider where applicable), and preferences you set in the product.
  • Support and communications: messages you send to us, including email, chat, or form submissions.
  • Content you upload or create: lead lists, pipeline configurations, email templates, notes, CSV imports, and similar workspace data.

2.2 Lead, prospect, and campaign data (Customer content)

When Customers use Clientdrip, they may upload or synchronize personal information about third parties (for example, names, professional email addresses, employers, titles, LinkedIn or other public profile URLs, phone numbers, and custom fields). This information is provided by Customers or their tools; we process it on their instructions to deliver the Services.

2.3 Email, calendar, and inbox connections

To send and sync mail as enabled in the product, Customers may connect third-party providers such as Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Zoho, or configure custom SMTP and IMAP credentials. Depending on your setup and provider, we may process:

  • OAuth tokens and connection metadata needed to maintain the integration.
  • Message metadata and content required to send messages, show threads, process bounces or replies, and operate inbox features you enable.

We use OAuth and industry-standard practices where supported so we do not need your provider password when OAuth is available.

2.4 Usage, device, and log data / diagnostics

We collect technical information when you use the Services, such as IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages or screens viewed, actions taken in the app, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We use this data to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Services.

2.5 Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and analytics where enabled. You can control many cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if you block essential cookies.

2.6 Email engagement and tracking

Where enabled by Customers, the Services may use tracking pixels, link redirection, and related techniques to record opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and similar engagement events associated with messages sent through Clientdrip. That data is linked to the Customer's workspace and campaign context.

2.7 LinkedIn and browser extension

If you use our browser extension or import features, we may process information you choose to import (for example, professional profile fields you select) in accordance with your actions and the extension's permissions. You control when the extension runs and what you import.

2.8 Lead enrichment and third-party data

Where you enable enrichment or integrations, we may send limited identifiers (such as email or company) to third-party data or enrichment providers you connect or that we integrate with, and receive enriched fields back. Those providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services (including pipelines, sequences, inbox, analytics, and automation).
  • Authenticate users, enforce security, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Send transactional notices (e.g., verification, billing, security alerts) and, where permitted, product updates or marketing; you may opt out of non-essential marketing where applicable.
  • Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights, safety, and property.
  • Generate aggregated or de-identified analytics that do not identify individuals.

4. Legal Bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Contract: processing necessary to provide the Services and perform our agreement with you or your organization.
  • Legitimate interests: securing and improving the Services, analytics that do not override your rights, and internal operations — balanced against your privacy expectations.
  • Consent: where we ask for it (for example, certain cookies or marketing), which you may withdraw.
  • Legal obligation: where required by applicable law.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist us (for example, hosting, database, email delivery, logging, analytics, payment processing, customer support tools, and security vendors), subject to contractual safeguards.
  • Integration and infrastructure partners you enable (email providers, enrichment APIs, etc.), as needed for those features.
  • Professional advisers (lawyers, auditors) where appropriate.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • Corporate transaction parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality as permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for how they configure the product and what data they import. They may export or disclose workspace data according to their own policies.

6. International Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. If we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries not deemed adequate, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms permitted by law.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category; Customers may delete certain workspace content subject to product capabilities and legal holds.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, port data, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights, contact info@strifusion.com. We may need to verify your identity. If we process data on behalf of a Customer, we may refer you to that Customer where appropriate.

California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may have additional rights, including to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing (we do not sell personal information as those terms are commonly defined). You may designate an authorized agent as permitted by law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law (for example, by email or in-product notice).
